Honda cb250 g5

For sale this honda cb250 is in fairly good condition for its age has new front wheel and tyre, front brake caliper is also new as is cafe seat. Paint is pretty okay no dents in tank or seat panel. The engine has been gone through and is sound has been bored by a past owner to 350 and has a cam bearing journal modification.I’ve had the top end off and replaced the piston rings and top end cam bearings, also replaced worn valve lifters for newer ones and replaced valve seat seals.Relocated battery to rear and all electricals now within small box under seat, fitted New regulator rectifier combo. Starter could be blanked off to save more weight if want to go kick only but it comes in handy time to time.Rear wheel has pitting to chrome and an old tyre so probably needs new one though wheel is still solid could be rechromed.All in all decent functional 70s Honda in running order I have some old clip ons that fit I can throw those in with the bike. V5c in my name just registered in UK under historical so no congestion, ulez, mot or tax . Comes with new black and silver number plate.
